Artisans and Arts Community with a Purpose
Created in the winter of 2020 to support local women artists and artisans in the area of Grand Lausanne, during the pandemics, The Good Village started as a little Marché de Noël online offering a selection of unique pieces and limited editions: delicacies, hand made scarves, jewelry, ceramics and vintage accessories. Now The Good Village, via its creator Adela, is offering marketing consulting for free, so that the artisans can themselves create their own Christmas Markets online, on this page or their own pages.
As the sole objective is to support artisans, all activities benefiting them on this platform are pro bono, no fees or costs are beared by the artisans. Also, all proceeds go directly to them, this platform does not make any profit.
The pro bono consulting hours take place on Mo and Thu, from 09:00 to 18:00, as well as on Wed after 14:30h.
In the future, The Good Village aims to evolve into a community in which women artisans and artists can get also emotional and psychological support for free, during times of stress. More to come soon.
